Join a dynamic team at a leading tech company, where your role as a Content Moderator will involve reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring it meets company policies.
Your job will be to monitor content posted across different platforms online and ensure that the user-posted content is aligned with company & marketplace guidelines.
This job is a bit different, as you will not have direct customer contact and you are able to work either remote from home in Malta – or choose to work in the office during business hours.
What you’ll do:
- Moderate content across platforms
- Moderate and report content that doesn’t follow the company guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Identify and escalate issues
What you will bring:
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytics skills and ability to both work alone and in teams.
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Ability to sometimes look at disturbing content and report it
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
