What you’ll be doing
As part of the customer support team, you’ll help customers with insurance-related inquiries, protection plans, claims, and service requests.
You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, guiding customers through processes, answering questions, and ensuring every case is handled with professionalism and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with claims and protection plan inquiries
- Explaining processes and providing clear guidance
- Investigating and resolving customer issues
- Maintaining accurate case documentation
- Working across multiple systems and platforms
- Delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish
What we’re looking for
- Fluent Dutch and good English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A solution-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with technology and multiple systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
