Your tasks will include:
- Welcoming customers and assisting them in a positive and empathetic manner.
- Providing high-level customer service by answering customer inquiries and informing them of offers that may interest them.
- Assisting with account setup and verification using Mit-ID.
- Offering personalized solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Informing customers about products and site guidelines.
- Keeping up-to-date with new information and guidelines within the company.
- Reporting suspicious behavior.
- Updating customer information as needed.
You’ll work closely with the gaming manager on-site to ensure Responsible Gaming through information and education. This is a full-time position, and the work is conducted on the company’s premises. The start date is as soon as possible.
