Here’s what your tasks will look like:
- Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Assist customers with technical questions
- Provide online guidance and solve customer issues related to products, website, software, etc.
- Guide customers in choosing the best solutions for them
You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments. This is a full-time position, and the work takes place at the office in Sofia, with hours according to the company’s office schedule. The start date is as soon as possible.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is 18 years or older
- Thrives in an international environment
- Is self-driven and good at handling customers
- ✒️ Speaks and writes Danish well and correctly
- Understands and speaks English without issues
- Has a positive and friendly approach to others
- Wants to be part of a Danish team abroad
- Has basic IT skills
