Here’s what your tasks will look like:
- Customer service for Danish-speaking Streaming subscribers
- Communication with subscribers via chat and phone
- Handling inquiries related to payments (e.g., how payments are processed, updating payment details, etc.)
- Troubleshooting content and streaming issues
- Helping subscribers navigate Netflix and answering general questions
This is a full-time position where you’ll work at the office in Athens. You’ll be part of a team that works in shifts Monday-Sunday. Your shifts will be 8 hours long and will take place between 09:00 and 00:00, giving you plenty of opportunities to influence your preferred working hours.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish
- Has good English skills
- Is 18 years or older
- Thrives in an international environment
- Is good at communicating and solving problems
- Has a positive and friendly attitude toward others
- Enjoys working in teams
- Is tech-savvy and familiar with IT systems
