Are you passionate about helping customers and solving technical problems? Are you comfortable navigating IT systems and have a general knowledge of computers? We are currently looking for a technical support agent for a position with Nets in Latvia.
You might know Nets from NemID and MitID, which most Danes use in their daily lives. Your role will be to provide support to various customers from Denmark via email and phone while working within a Danish team in Latvia’s capital, Riga.
Riga is an exciting place to live, full of culture and all the amenities a big city has to offer. It’s a different destination compared to many of the Southern European countries we usually collaborate with – but in a good way.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks fluent Danish and has a certain level of English
- Loves helping customers and solving technical problems
- Has experience using the new MitID
- Is eager to live in an exciting part of the world
- It’s a big plus if you have a high school education or higher
