We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our client’s Dutch-speaking team as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative. The client being supported is a global leader in the automotive industry, and as the voice of our client’s renowned brands, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our client’s valued customers.
The supported client is a multinational automobile manufacturer who designs, develops, manufactures and sells vehicles under fourteen brands, including Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, Opel and Peugeot.
With our client, you will work in an energetic team in a modern office, where collaboration and growth are key. Whether you answer questions or give advice, you send every customer satisfied and take the customer experience to the next level.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing a wide range of topics including product information, order status, vehicle inquiries, and technical support.
- Provide accurate and timely information on our client’s diverse portfolio of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Assist customers with locating dealers, navigating our client’s website, and understanding connected services and infotainment features.
- Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in our client’s CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Fluency (verbal and written) in Dutch and very good English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
