Are you an experienced recruiter with a background in staffing or international recruitment? Do you speak fluent Dutch and enjoy working independently? We’re looking for a motivated freelance recruiter to join our team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.
About the Role
As a Freelance International Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our recruitment projects for various international clients. This role is 100% remote and commission-based – ideal for someone who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by helping them take the leap to work abroad.
Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt Dutch-speaking candidates for job opportunities abroad
- Source and headhunt candidates across all languages for job opportunities abroad
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
- Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
- Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (native or near-native level) and proficient in English
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a staffing agency or international recruitment setting
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (especially via LinkedIn and social media)
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your time effectively without supervision
- A genuine interest in helping people work abroad
