Work in Greece as a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisor! (Home-office in Greece)
On behalf of our client, we are looking for Finnish-speaking customer service advisors to join an international team in Greece. In this role, you will support a leading global platform within the fast-growing food and grocery delivery sector – a service used by millions of people worldwide.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, digital-first environment where you will help ensure smooth, reliable, and positive delivery experiences for customers and partners across the Nordic region.
Your main tasks:
- Handle incoming communication via phone, chat, and email from both customers and partners
- Assist with order, refund, delivery, and platform-related questions
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service according to set guidelines
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive cases when needed
- Carry out other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the role
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Good typing and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using PC tools and navigating different systems
