Key Responsibilities
– Deliver professional support for products and services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

– Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs using internal knowledge bases and protocols
– Meet or exceed targets in areas like response time, first-call resolution, and satisfaction scores
– Share insights and collaborate with team members to enhance the support experience
– Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with product and industry developments
