Your day can include:
- Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
- Answering questions about digital products and services
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Guiding users towards the right solution
- Working with CRM platforms, ticketing systems and other digital tools
- Explaining information clearly – without making it unnecessarily complicated
- Building your product knowledge through ongoing training
