We are hiring on behalf of our client for German-speaking Customer Experts to represent Mercedes-Benz, one of the most respected automotive brands in the world. Your Role
As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat.
You will:
- Represent Mercedes-Benz in a professional and customer-focused way
- Provide information about products, services, and vehicle-related topics
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
- Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience
- Turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.
You:
- Speak German fluently
- Have very good English skills (written & spoken)
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Have a strong passion for cars (a big advantage!)
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership
- Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Bring a positive, service-minded attitude
