The job will involve assisting customers for a large meal kit company, over both email and phone. The company is the biggest competitor to Marley Spoon, and you’ve probably heard of them.
What you will do:
You will be part of a Norwegian team at an international workplace in Malaga, where you will primarily assist Norwegian customers, but during busy times you may also talk to English customers – a big plus for your CV.
As an applicant, you need to have a high level of Norwegian and a reasonable level of English – knowledge of Spanish is a bonus; otherwise, you will quickly learn the basics. If you already have experience in customer service in one form or another, that’s a plus!
