Your Role with the Canon Support Team
You’ll help Norwegian-speaking Canon customers with questions about products such as cameras, printers and other imaging technology.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
- Answering questions about Canon products and services
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Guiding customers towards the right solution
- Managing customer cases from question to resolution
No need to be a Canon expert already – you’ll receive full product and technical training.
Along the way, you’ll build practical experience in technical support, troubleshooting, customer experience and consumer technology – useful skills if you later want to explore other roles within tech, digital support or international customer operations.
Requirements
You:
- Speak Norwegian fluently
- Have a good level of English
- Enjoy technology and problem-solving
- Communicate clearly and patiently
- Are comfortable learning new systems
- Are ready to live and work in Greece
