We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye and attention to detail. You will be responsible for analyzing users’ gaming behavior and reaching out to those at risk of developing a gambling addiction. In other words, you must ensure that all gaming is conducted responsibly in accordance with the company’s guidelines.

Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing risk reports to track potential addictive gaming behavior
- Contacting players who are at risk via phone or email and offering help in accordance with internal guidelines
- Following up and blocking accounts if necessary
- Preventing gaming among minors
- Handling risks and possible refunds for selected players
- Reviewing follow-up reports daily, weekly, and monthly
- Managing complex cases and making recommendations to management regarding player protection
- Suggesting improvements to internal procedures and activities to ensure responsible gaming behavior
You will work closely with the gaming manager on site to ensure a responsible gaming culture through information and education. The position is full-time, and the work is conducted physically at the company’s address. The start date is as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is 18 years or older
- Thrives in an international environment
- Works solution-oriented to support and help vulnerable players
- Is independent and not afraid to “get stuck in”
- Has 1 year of experience in iGaming, or experience from a similar job
- ✒️ Speaks and writes correct Danish and English
- Is naturally empathetic, caring, and good at listening
- Loves when things move quickly
- Is interested in the psychological aspect of addiction
Additionally, it’s preferred that you know a bit about iGaming beforehand, but the most important thing is that you are willing to learn.
