As a Swedish-speaking Content Moderator, you’ll play an important role in reviewing online content and helping ensure that digital platforms remain safe, respectful, and compliant with community guidelines.

Our client is offering a relocation package to Sofia, Bulgaria, where you’ll join an international team working in a modern office environment with colleagues from all over the world.
What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing user-generated content and reports
- Identifying content that violates platform guidelines
- Taking appropriate action based on established policies
- Investigating suspicious, harmful, or potentially risky activity
- Identifying patterns and trends that may indicate emerging issues
- Working with internal tools and processes to maintain platform safety
- Following strict quality and compliance standards
Please note that some content may occasionally be sensitive or disturbing in nature, so this role requires emotional resilience and professionalism.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks Swedish fluently
- Has good English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable making decisions based on guidelines and policies
- Can stay organised and manage a high volume of tasks
- Is able to work with potentially sensitive content
- Has previous experience in content moderation, fraud prevention, compliance, investigations, customer support, or similar fields (a plus, but not required)
