What you’ll be doing
- Help customers and restaurant partners via calls, chats and tickets
- Handle questions about orders, deliveries, refunds and platform usage
- Provide calm, friendly and solution-oriented support
- Use templates and guidelines to ensure quality
- Escalate sensitive cases when needed
- Jump in on occasional ad-hoc tasks
What you bring
- Fluency in Swedish
- Good English skills
- Confidence with computers + ability to multitask
- Strong written communication
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not required
- A positive attitude — and ideally, a desire to move somewhere sunny
