Your tasks will include:
- Answering incoming calls from Swedish customers and quickly resolving issues in a constructive manner.
- Solving any problems with payments, both simple and complicated challenges.
- Ensuring professional communication between Western Union and the customer.
- Working based on predefined goals – you will be evaluated based on talk time and customer satisfaction.
The position is 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday between 09:00-21:00, and the work is conducted physically at the company’s address. Training is fully paid.
