What you’ll be doing
As part of the technical support team, you’ll help customers get the most out of their devices and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers via phone, chat and email
- Troubleshooting technical and software-related issues
- Assisting with account access, passwords and device settings
- Guiding customers through updates and product features
- Escalating more complex cases when necessary
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience with every interaction
